1. Air volume control valve description
The air volume control valve is an indispensable central air
conditioning terminal fitting in the ventilation, air conditioning
and air purification engineering of civil buildings of industrial
plants. It is generally used in the air conditioning and
ventilation system pipelines to adjust the air volume of the branch
pipes, and can also be used for fresh air and return. Mixed

2. Air flow control valve features:
(l) The size of the split-split air volume control valve is the
same as the size of the rectangular air duct standardized by the
national ventilation pipeline.
(2) The air flow control valve vane is a split type and a forward
open type, and is used as a regulating valve in ventilation, air
conditioning, and air purification systems.
(3) The air-tightness of the air volume control valve is good
through tests, and the relative air leakage is about 5%, and the
adjustment performance is good.
3.Air volume control valve structure:
(l) The air volume control valve is unified in four sizes for the
blade width, the blade shape is a diamond-shaped double blade, and
soft laps are used between the blades, so the hermeticity is good.
(2) Air flow control valve body frame is cold-rolled with 2 mm
galvanized sheet and then welded with carbon dioxide gas or welded
by ordinary Q235 plate; the blade is cold-rolled with 1 mm
galvanized sheet into corrugated shape, two pieces Synthetic spot
welding insert square shaft, or 2 mm G235 steel plate cold forming,
single piece punching insert square shaft or welding round shaft.
(3) The regulating valve is divided into manual and electric, and
it is divided into four types according to the used materials: iron
plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate and stainless steel
plate. The valve body structure and size are the same.
4.Air volume control valve application:
Widely used in industrial and mining, civil buildings, HVAC
