1. Delivery window description

The Yaning Static delivery window (Pass Box) is a kind of supporting equipment for clean room. It is mainly used to pass the small articles between clean room and unclean room. Pass Box is designed to minimize trafc and contamination entry into the clean room. Enables parts, tools, and other work item to be passed to and from the room, unit acts as an air lock device preventing ambient air from entering, or clean air from existing the clean room. Controlling the ingress of particulate contamination into cleanrooms and other controlled environments is paramount in order to maintain the integrity of products and processes.Personnel trafc is the most important factor which must be controlled. Pass Boxes are a cost efective solution as they allow materials to be transferred into the controlled environment without actual personnel movement. They may also be used to protect the external environment from egress of contamination, for example, in biological safety laboratory applications.

Electronic or Mechanical interlock by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time.The pass box surface is constructed of stainless steel , making the work zone easy to clean. Acrylic doors provides a clear view of the internal chamber. All components are designed for maximum chemical resistance and enhanced durability for a long service life. The main body of the pass box is constructed of powder epoxy fnishing steel or stainless steel.UV-lighting is available upon request.
