2. Volume control damper features:

1). Made of high quality Aluminium profiles
2). Blades are sealed with gasket to avoid air leakage.
3). It's used to sdkust the air volume on duct systems.
4). Control: Manual control as standard, Actuator control as optional

3.Volume control damper structure:

(l) The air volume control valve is unified in four sizes for the blade width, the blade shape is a diamond-shaped double blade, and soft laps are used between the blades, so the hermeticity is good.

(2) Air flow control valve body frame is cold-rolled with 2 mm galvanized sheet and then welded with carbon dioxide gas or welded by ordinary Q235 plate; the blade is cold-rolled with 1 mm galvanized sheet into corrugated shape, two pieces Synthetic spot welding insert square shaft, or 2 mm G235 steel plate cold forming, single piece punching insert square shaft or welding round shaft.

(3) The regulating valve is divided into manual and electric, and it is divided into four types according to the used materials: iron plate, galvanized plate, aluminum alloy plate and stainless steel plate. The valve body structure and size are the same.

4.Volume control damper application:
